1. About these Terms and your Agreement

These Terms apply when you are a consumer and buy a SIM-only mobile service from Briant Broadband Ltd trading as Briant Mobile (Briant Mobile, We, Us or Our). You are the person named in the Order Confirmation (you or your). These Terms do not apply to a handset finance agreement or a service purchased mainly for business purposes.
Your Agreement is made up of the following documents, each as provided or made available to you before you are bound: your Contract Summary; Contract Information; Order Confirmation; the description of your Plan; these Terms; the Price Guide; the Acceptable Use Policy; the Fair Use Policy; the Privacy Policy; and the Complaints Code. The Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Use Policy may be published as one combined policy. Keep copies for your records.
If those documents conflict, the Contract Summary and Order Confirmation take priority for your price, allowances, Minimum Term and any scheduled price change; these Terms take priority for all other contractual matters; and then the Plan description, Price Guide and policies apply in that order.
Nothing in the Agreement limits rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Ofcom's General Conditions or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Definitions

Acceptable Use Policy means Our policy governing prohibited, harmful, unlawful, artificial or otherwise unacceptable use of the Service, as published on the Site.
Activation Date means the date on which the Service is first activated for use on your SIM or eSIM.
Agreement means the contract documents listed in clause 1.2.
Contract Date means the date We accept your Order and send your Order Confirmation.
Contract Summary means the short summary of key contract terms provided before you become bound.
Core Subscription Price means the recurring monthly price for the core services and allowances included in your Plan, excluding additional or out-of-Plan use.
Device means the unlocked mobile phone or other compatible personal device in which you use the SIM or eSIM.
eSIM means a digital subscriber identity profile downloaded to a compatible Device.
Fair Use Policy means Our policy for reasonable use of unlimited or inclusive allowances, as published on the Site.
Minimum Term means the minimum commitment period shown in your Contract Summary, beginning on the Activation Date.
Network means the mobile network and related systems through which We or Our network partners provide the Service.
Order means your request to buy a Plan.
Plan means the Briant Mobile tariff selected in your Order, including its recurring price and allowances.
Price Guide means Our current list of charges for use not included in your Plan and other administrative services.
Service means the mobile voice, text and data service supplied under your Plan.
SIM means a physical subscriber identity module supplied for use with the Service.
Site means the Briant Mobile or Briant Broadband website through which the Service is described, ordered or supported.

3. Eligibility, ordering and Contract formation

You must be at least 18, resident in the United Kingdom and legally able to enter into the Agreement. The Service is for your own personal use unless We agree otherwise in writing.
Information you provide must be complete and accurate. You must promptly update your contact, account and payment details. We may carry out proportionate identity, fraud-prevention, credit or affordability checks where appropriate and permitted by law, and may ask for reasonable evidence.
A website acknowledgement that We received your Order is not acceptance. The Agreement begins on the Contract Date when We send an Order Confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may reject an Order before acceptance, including where the Service is unavailable, information cannot be verified or We reasonably suspect fraud.
Before you are bound, We will provide Contract Information and a Contract Summary in a durable form. If the details in the Order Confirmation are wrong, contact Us without delay.
The Minimum Term normally starts on the Activation Date, not the Contract Date. If activation is materially delayed for reasons within Our control, your legal rights and any rights stated in your Contract Summary remain unaffected.

4. The Service

The Service is a SIM-only mobile communications service. Depending on your Plan, it may include UK calls, texts, mobile data and access to available 4G or 5G services. No handset or Device is included unless your Order Confirmation expressly says otherwise.
We provide the Service using one or more underlying network, wholesale, roaming and technology partners. We remain responsible to you for performing the Agreement even where a partner supplies part of the Service.
Mobile service depends on radio coverage, Network capacity, your location, buildings, terrain, weather, congestion, maintenance, the Device and its settings. Coverage maps and speed estimates are guides, not guarantees of continuous indoor or outdoor coverage or a particular speed.
You may call 999 or 112 without charge when a compatible Device and a suitable Network connection are available. Mobile and Wi-Fi calling can fail because of power loss, lack of coverage, Device settings or other technical issues. Do not rely on the Service as the only means of communication for safety-critical, alarm, medical monitoring or emergency purposes.
We may manage traffic reasonably to protect the Network, comply with law, maintain service quality or deal with congestion, security incidents and emergencies. We will not discriminate unlawfully between equivalent services.

5. SIMs, eSIMs and activation

We will provide the SIM or eSIM activation details described in your Order Confirmation. A physical SIM may be delivered only to a supported UK address. An eSIM requires a compatible, unlocked Device and an internet connection for download.
A SIM, eSIM profile, activation code and QR code are personal to your account. Keep them secure and do not copy, resell, publish or share them. An eSIM may normally be installed on only one Device at a time and may need to be reissued if you change, reset, lose or replace the Device.
The SIM and eSIM profile remain Our property or that of Our network partner. We may replace, update, disable or require you to return or destroy them for security, technical, legal or operational reasons. A reasonable replacement charge may apply where replacement is required because of loss, damage, misuse or an incompatible Device; any charge will be shown before you agree.
Follow the activation instructions and activate within any timeframe stated in the Order Confirmation. Contact Us if activation fails. Do not repeatedly scan an eSIM code or delete an active eSIM profile unless instructed, as this may prevent reactivation.

6. Mobile numbers and switching

We may allocate a mobile number for the Service. You do not own the number, but you may use and transfer it in accordance with law and the Agreement. We may change a number only where reasonably necessary, and will give as much notice as practicable unless urgent action is needed for security or legal reasons.
To bring an existing number to Briant Mobile, give Us a valid Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) and accurate account details before the PAC expires. A temporary number may be used until the transfer completes. We will complete the transfer in accordance with applicable switching rules, but delays can occur if details are inaccurate or the previous provider rejects the request.
To leave Briant Mobile and keep your number, request a PAC by texting PAC to 65075, through any available online account method, or by contacting Us. To leave without keeping the number, request a Service Termination Authorisation Code (STAC) by texting STAC to 75075 or contacting Us. You can request switching information by texting INFO to 85075. Codes are normally valid for 30 days.
Using a PAC or STAC with a new provider will end the affected Service when the switch completes. We will provide switching information, including any Early Termination Charge, as required by law. We will not impose an additional notice-period charge after a completed regulated mobile switch.
If the Agreement ends before you transfer the number, the number may be disconnected and recycled. We cannot guarantee recovery after disconnection, so complete any transfer before termination.

7. Your Device

You are responsible for providing a lawful, safe, unlocked and compatible Device. Compatibility includes the correct SIM or eSIM capability, supported radio bands, current software and, where relevant, Voice over LTE or Wi-Fi calling support. A Device that works on another network may not support every feature of the Service.
You are responsible for Device settings, software, apps, content, backups and security. We are not responsible for loss caused by a defective, altered, counterfeit, blocked, stolen or incompatible Device, except to the extent We caused the loss or the law makes Us responsible.
We may prevent a Device from using the Network where its identifier is reported lost or stolen, is invalid or duplicated, or where We reasonably believe the Device threatens security or Network integrity.

8. Plan allowances and usage

Your Contract Summary and Plan description state the monthly allowances included in the Core Subscription Price. Unless those documents say otherwise, allowances reset on each monthly billing date, are for that billing period only, have no cash value and do not roll over.
Calls and data may be measured and rounded in the units stated in the Price Guide. Network usage records are the primary record for billing, but you may challenge an error through Our complaints process.
Use beyond an allowance, use of a service excluded from your Plan, and use outside the UK may be blocked or charged at the rates in the Price Guide. Certain premium-rate, directory, short-code, satellite, maritime, international and third-party services may be excluded even from an 'unlimited' Plan.
'Unlimited' does not mean unrestricted. It is subject to the Agreement and Fair Use Policy, including reasonable measures to prevent fraud, artificial traffic, commercial exploitation, Network harm and use that is materially inconsistent with normal personal mobile use.
You may tether your personal Device to your own laptop or tablet for personal use unless your Plan says otherwise. You must not use the SIM or eSIM in a permanent router, gateway, SIM box, aggregation device, machine-to-machine system or Internet of Things deployment without Our written agreement.

9. Charges, bills and payment

You must pay the Core Subscription Price, any one-off charge and all valid usage charges incurred through your SIM, eSIM or account. Consumer prices include VAT unless We clearly state otherwise.
How We bill the Core Subscription Price depends on how you buy the Service. If Briant Mobile is added to an eligible Briant Broadband account and charged on the same bill, We normally bill it monthly in arrears. If you buy Briant Mobile as a standalone service, We normally bill it monthly in advance. Your Contract Summary, Order Confirmation and bill will show which arrangement applies. Additional usage and one-off charges are normally billed in arrears. The first and final bills may be pro-rated. Bills and notices may be electronic.
The Core Subscription Price and any scheduled change during the Minimum Term will be shown in pounds and pence, with the date it takes effect, in your Contract Summary. We will not use an inflation-linked or percentage-based in-contract price-rise term for a new consumer Agreement.
You authorise Us to collect amounts due using the payment method agreed in your Order, normally Direct Debit. Keep sufficient funds available. If a payment fails, We may retry collection, ask for another method and take proportionate steps under clauses 18 and 19 after giving appropriate notice.
If you genuinely dispute an amount, contact Us promptly. Pay any undisputed part by the due date. We will investigate and correct errors, including by refund or credit where appropriate.
Usage information can be delayed, particularly for roaming, premium and third-party services. Any usage alert, spend control or account credit limit is a risk-management tool and not a guarantee that charges cannot exceed it. We will apply any statutory bill-limit or usage-notification protections that apply to your Service.
You are not liable for charges caused by Our billing error. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred by someone using your SIM, eSIM or account with your authority, and for unauthorised use until you report loss, theft or compromise, subject to clause 12 and any legal or regulatory protection.

10. International calls and roaming

International calling and roaming are available only where supported and enabled. Countries, networks, services, allowances and charges are shown in your Plan and Price Guide and may differ from UK use.
Roaming depends on overseas networks that We do not control. Coverage, quality, speed, available services and emergency-calling arrangements can differ. Charges may be delayed and can be significant, especially on ships, aircraft, satellite networks and near national borders where a Device connects automatically.
Roaming allowances are for periodic travel, not permanent or predominant use abroad. We may apply the Fair Use Policy, request evidence of stable UK links, charge the published rate, restrict roaming or take other proportionate action after appropriate notice.
Before travel, check the Price Guide, Device roaming settings and any spend controls. We will provide alerts and safeguards required by applicable law, but you remain responsible for choosing whether to enable and use roaming.

11. Acceptable use and Fair Use

You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, for genuine personal communications and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Use Policy and reasonable Network requirements notified to you.
You must not use, allow or attempt to use the Service:
- for fraud, deception, harassment, threats, hate, unlawful content, infringement of rights or any criminal or otherwise unlawful purpose;
- to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or calls, malware, malicious code, denial-of-service traffic or content intended to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
- to generate artificial, inflated, stimulated or prolonged traffic, including traffic designed mainly to obtain a payment, rebate or benefit from a communications provider;
- for call termination, SIM-box, gateway, resale, wholesale, contact-centre, auto-dialling, continuous call-forwarding or commercial messaging activity without Our written agreement;
- for machine-to-machine, Internet of Things, surveillance, alarm, telemetry or permanent router use without Our written agreement;
- in a way that avoids a charge, misrepresents identity or location, interferes with another user's service, threatens Network security or places an abnormal or disproportionate load on the Network; or
- contrary to reasonable instructions We give to protect users, the Network, emergency services, legal compliance or security.
If We or Our platform or Network provider reasonably believe that your use breaches the Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy or Fair Use Policy, We may investigate and apply proportionate traffic management, additional charges published in the Price Guide, throttling, restriction, suspension or another reasonable measure under clause 18. We may immediately restrict or suspend the affected Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Network, prevent unlawful or artificially inflated traffic, comply with a Competent Authority or address a serious security risk. Otherwise, where practicable, We will explain the concern and allow you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.

12. Security, loss, theft and fraud

Keep your Device, SIM, eSIM credentials, passwords, PINs and account information secure. Use a Device lock and strong account credentials, and do not respond to requests for passwords or one-time security codes.
Tell Us immediately if a Device or SIM is lost or stolen, an eSIM code is exposed, or you suspect unauthorised use, account takeover or SIM swapping. We may verify your identity before changing account access, issuing a replacement or transferring an eSIM.
Once We receive and can reasonably act on a loss or compromise report, We will restrict the Service as soon as practicable. You will not be responsible for charges incurred after that restriction, unless you acted fraudulently. For earlier unauthorised charges, We will investigate fairly and apply any legal, regulatory or voluntary consumer protections that apply.
If We detect unusual activity, We may temporarily restrict the Service or transaction while We verify it. This does not mean We accept liability for fraud, but We will act reasonably and restore access promptly when the risk is resolved.

13. Coverage, speed, maintenance and faults

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Because it is a shared radio service, We do not promise uninterrupted availability, universal coverage, a minimum speed, latency or quality at every time and place unless your Contract Summary expressly states a specific commitment.
We or Our partners may carry out maintenance, upgrades, security work, spectrum changes or technology switch-offs. We will minimise disruption and give reasonable notice of planned work likely to have a material effect where practicable.
Report a fault promptly and provide reasonable information and cooperation, including checking settings, restarting or updating the Device, testing the SIM where safe and lawful, and allowing Us to investigate Network records. We will not require access to personal content unrelated to the fault.
We are not in breach for disruption caused by events genuinely outside Our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power or infrastructure failure, disaster, war, civil emergency, cyberattack, regulatory action or failure of an upstream network, provided We take reasonable steps to limit the effect and restore the Service.
If a fault is caused by Us and We do not remedy it within a reasonable time, you may have rights to a price reduction, repeat performance or termination under consumer law. Any service credit We offer does not replace those rights.

14. Minimum Term and what happens afterwards

Your Contract Summary states whether your Plan has a Minimum Term and, if so, its length. The Minimum Term normally begins on the Activation Date unless the Contract Summary says otherwise.
If your Contract Summary states that there is no Minimum Term, the Agreement continues monthly from activation. After any Minimum Term ends, it continues on a monthly rolling basis. A new Minimum Term begins only if you expressly agree to a new contract after receiving new Contract Information and a Contract Summary.
Where your Plan has a Minimum Term, We will send an end-of-contract notification before it ends in accordance with Ofcom's rules. After you are out of contract, We will send annual best-tariff information where required.
If there is no Minimum Term, or after any Minimum Term ends, you may end the Agreement without an Early Termination Charge by switching or giving no more than 30 days' notice under clause 16. Your normal charges continue until the termination or switch date.

15. Your 14-day cooling-off right

If you enter into the Agreement online, by telephone or away from Our business premises, you may cancel without giving a reason during the 14 days beginning the day after the Contract Date. This is in addition to rights you have if the Service is faulty or misdescribed.
To cancel, make a clear statement by telephone, email or post using the contact details at the beginning of these Terms. You may use the model form in clause 26, but do not have to. It is enough to send your cancellation before the period expires.
If you ask Us to activate the Service during the 14-day period, you expressly request early performance. If you then cancel, We may charge a proportionate amount for the Service actually supplied up to cancellation, but only where We gave the required information and obtained your express request. Activation alone does not automatically remove your cancellation right.
You lose the cooling-off right for a service only once it has been fully performed, and only if performance began with your express request and your acknowledgement that the right would be lost on full performance. A continuing monthly mobile service is not fully performed merely because it has been activated.
If you cancel, We will refund sums due within 14 days using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may deduct the lawful proportionate charge described above. If We supplied a physical item that must be returned, We will give return instructions; you must take reasonable care of it and return it within 14 days where required.

16. Ending the Agreement after the cooling-off period

You can end the Agreement by completing a regulated switch using a PAC or STAC, or by contacting Us by telephone, email or post. If you do not switch, tell Us the mobile number and requested termination date; We may require up to 30 days' notice, subject to law.
If you contact Us to end the Service without completing a regulated switch, the Core Subscription Price remains payable during any applicable notice period, which will not exceed 30 days. Depending on your billing cycle, all or part of that notice period may appear on your final bill. We will not automatically charge an additional full month beyond the termination date.
If you complete a regulated switch using a PAC or STAC, We will not charge a notice period beyond the date the switch completes. Where a standalone Service was billed in advance, We will apply an appropriate credit or refund for any Core Subscription Price paid for a period after that date, subject to any valid Early Termination Charge and other charges already incurred.
If the Service ends during the Minimum Term, an Early Termination Charge may apply unless clause 16.6 applies. We will tell you the amount on request and, where required, when We provide switching information.
The Early Termination Charge will be a reasonable estimate of Our net loss. It will be based on the remaining Core Subscription Prices you committed to pay, including the promotional price actually agreed, less charges for services not supplied, costs We save because the Agreement ends early and any further reduction stated in the Price Guide. It will not exceed the amount permitted by law.
No Early Termination Charge applies where:
- you cancel validly during the cooling-off period;
- you exercise a right to exit without penalty following a change under clause 17;
- you end because of Our material breach that We fail to remedy within a reasonable time;
- consumer law or an applicable regulatory rule gives you a penalty-free right to end; or
- We expressly agree in writing that the charge is waived.
Porting your number does not remove charges already incurred or a valid Early Termination Charge. If you have multiple numbers, ending one does not automatically end the others unless you clearly request this and the switching process supports it.

17. Changes to the Agreement or Service

We may make a change for a genuine reason, including to improve the Service, maintain security or Network integrity, reflect a technology or partner change, comply with law, or update administrative processes. We will act reasonably and transparently.
If a change is not exclusively to your benefit, is not purely administrative with no negative effect, and is not directly required by law, We will give at least one month's notice and tell you about your right to end the affected Agreement without an Early Termination Charge before the change takes effect.
A scheduled change to the Core Subscription Price that was clearly stated in pounds and pence, with its date, in your Contract Summary when you agreed is part of your existing Agreement and does not create a separate right to exit unless the law requires otherwise.
A website update alone will not retrospectively change your Agreement. We will give individual notice in a durable form where required. The version applicable to your Agreement remains available on request.

18. Suspension and restriction

We may restrict or suspend some or all of the Service where reasonably necessary because:
- an undisputed payment is overdue after appropriate notice;
- you breach the Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy or Fair Use Policy and restriction or suspension is a reasonable and proportionate response, including where a remediable breach is not remedied after a reasonable opportunity;
- We reasonably suspect fraud, theft, unauthorised use, artificial traffic or a security threat;
- your use causes or risks serious harm to users, the Network or another system;
- an emergency, maintenance need, legal duty, court order or regulator requires it; or
- your SIM, eSIM, account or Device identifier is invalid, compromised, duplicated, reported lost or stolen.
We will use the least intrusive proportionate measure, give notice where practicable, explain what you need to do and restore the Service promptly when the reason is resolved. We may preserve access to emergency services where technically possible and legally required.
You normally continue to pay the Core Subscription Price during a suspension caused by your breach, non-payment or requested temporary restriction. You will not be charged for a material suspension caused solely by Us, subject to consumer law.

19. When We may end the Agreement

We may end the Agreement immediately or on notice if you commit a serious or repeated material breach, use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, threaten Network security, provide materially false information, become subject to sanctions that prevent supply, or fail to pay an undisputed amount after reasonable notice and opportunity to pay.
We may also end the Agreement if We permanently cease the relevant Service or lose the ability to provide it. Unless urgent legal, security or technical circumstances prevent this, We will give at least one month's notice and allow you to leave without an Early Termination Charge.
If We end because of your material breach during the Minimum Term, a fair Early Termination Charge calculated under clause 16.5 may apply, together with outstanding valid charges.

20. What happens when the Agreement ends

The Service will stop on the termination or switch date. You must pay the final bill, including valid charges up to that date, any charges due during a lawful notice period for a cancellation without a regulated switch, and any lawful Early Termination Charge. We will refund or credit any overpayment in accordance with law.
Unless you transfer it in time, you will lose the mobile number. Delete any eSIM profile when instructed and destroy or return a physical SIM if We reasonably request it. Back up any Device content before the Service ends.
Terms intended to continue after termination remain effective, including payment obligations, liability, privacy, dispute resolution and general legal terms.

21. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of Our breach of the Agreement or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious or both parties knew it might happen when the Agreement was made.
We are not responsible for loss that you could reasonably have avoided by following Our advice, for loss caused by an incompatible or defective Device not supplied by Us, or for the acts and content of third parties outside Our reasonable control, except where We remain legally responsible for Our chosen suppliers or Network partners.
The Service is supplied for personal use. We are not responsible for business loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or business interruption, arising from personal consumer use.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights that cannot be excluded, or any other liability that law does not permit Us to limit.
We do not control third-party content, apps, websites, premium services or purchases accessed using the Service. Their separate terms may apply. This does not affect responsibility We have under law for billing, Network access or information We provide.

22. Privacy and communications

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and Our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, legal bases, retention, sharing and your rights.
To provide and secure the Service, We may process account, identity, billing, traffic, usage, Device and location data and share necessary data with network, wholesale, roaming, payment, fraud-prevention, support and regulatory partners. We may disclose information where lawfully required, including to emergency services and law-enforcement bodies.
We may send essential service and contractual communications by SMS, email, account message, telephone or post using your latest contact details. These are not marketing messages and may continue even if you opt out of marketing.
We will send direct marketing only where permitted by law. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time without affecting the Service. An opt-out does not stop essential operational messages.

23. Complaints, accessibility and vulnerable customers

f something goes wrong, contact Us on 01903 221999 or at info@briantbroadband.com. We will investigate fairly, keep you informed and handle the complaint under Our Complaints Code, available on the Site or free on request.
If We issue a deadlock letter, or your complaint remains unresolved for six weeks from the date it was first raised, you may refer it free of charge to the Ofcom-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme of which We are a member. Current scheme details and eligibility are set out in Our Complaints Code and will be provided with a deadlock letter. Ofcom does not normally resolve individual complaints but may use information to monitor the market.
Tell Us if a disability or personal circumstance makes it harder to access, understand, pay for or use the Service. We will offer appropriate support and accessible communications where reasonably required, without charge for an accessible format. Our vulnerable-customer policy and available accessibility services are available on request.
Using Our complaints process or Alternative Dispute Resolution does not prevent you from seeking independent advice or exercising court or statutory rights.

24. Website use and intellectual property

Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, software and downloads, belongs to Us or Our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view, download and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use, but must not copy, sell, modify, scrape, republish or commercially exploit content without permission.
Use the Site lawfully. Do not introduce malware, attack or overload the Site, bypass security, seek unauthorised access, impersonate another person or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Site or infringes rights.
The Site and links to third-party sites are provided for general information. We take reasonable care but do not promise the Site will always be available, error-free or compatible with every Device. Third-party sites are controlled by their owners and their terms and privacy policies apply.
Website-use terms do not reduce Our obligations for the Service or your consumer rights. If website wording conflicts with the Contract Summary or these Terms, clause 1.3 applies.

25. General legal terms

We may transfer the Agreement to another organisation that can perform it, but only if this does not reduce your rights. We will notify you where required. You may transfer your Agreement only with Our written consent, which We will not unreasonably withhold.
The Agreement is between you and Us. No other person has a right to enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except a lawful successor to either party.
If a court or authority finds part of the Agreement unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum necessary; the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
The Agreement is the entire agreement for the Service, but nothing excludes liability for fraud. Statements by sales staff bind Us only where included in the contract documents or where consumer law otherwise makes Us responsible.
The Agreement is in English. We may offer translations or accessible versions for convenience, but the English version governs to the extent permitted by law.
The Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of mandatory local consumer law and may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Notices to you may be sent to your latest email, mobile number, account or postal address. A notice is treated as received when it would ordinarily be delivered, subject to any mandatory rule. Send notices to Us using the contact details at the beginning of these Terms.

26. Model cancellation form

Use this form only if you wish to cancel during the statutory cooling-off period. You may instead make any other clear statement.
